🤝 E. Personal Data Access and Control
The organization recognizes data subjects' rights to access information and to be forgotten. To this end, controls have been implemented in order to show the data subject the organization's transparency in terms of information processing.
Data subjects who wish to assert their rights to access information or erasure can contact us. Every request that is received is delivered to the person responsible for handling data subject requests, reviewed and acted on accordingly. If there are no regulations that impose the need for the information to be kept, the information is duly removed from the system. If regulations exist that require the data processor (the organization) to keep some or all of the information that is the subject of a request for erasure, and if clearly defined retention periods for this information exist, the organization keeps all the information that is required and deletes all other information. In both cases the data subject that requests the removal is contacted about the outcome of the procedure. The same procedures take places when the data subject requests data modification.
All of the requests and their outcomes are documented.

Cookies and Related Technologies
We use tracking technology (“cookies”) to help us recognize you across the site and the service, to monitor usage and web traffic routing for the service, and to customize and improve the services. Other examples of our use of session cookies include tracking the number of visits by a particular visitor to a page or a feature of the service.
Performance and Remarketing Cookies
Partners who help us place advertising on and off our websites and analytics companies may also put cookies on your device. We use several third-party vendors to help deliver ads for relevant products and services to you when you visit certain pages on our site. The third parties we currently use for this are listed below:
- Google Inc.
- Quora Inc.
Most browsers allow you to choose whether to accept cookies or not. If you do not wish to have cookies placed on your computer, please set your browser preferences to reject all cookies before accessing the site. Our Disclaimer applies to all of the services offered by us, but excludes the services that have separate privacy disclaimers that do not form part of this Disclaimer.
We regularly review our compliance with this Disclaimer. We also adhere to several self-regulatory frameworks including the GDPR. When we receive formal written complaints, we will contact the person who made the complaint to follow it up. We work with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that we cannot resolve with our users directly.
Our Disclaimer may change from time to time. We will not curtail your rights under the Disclaimer without your explicit consent. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of privacy policy changes).
