Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using TZI Digital Marketing's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Services Description
TZI Digital Marketing provides digital marketing services including but not limited to search engine optimization, paid advertising, analytics, and audience building. We strive to provide the best possible service but cannot guarantee specific results.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to accounts and platforms. Clients are responsible for the content they provide and ensuring it complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of service. This includes business strategies, customer data, and technical information.
Intellectual Property
TZI Digital Marketing retains ownership of methodologies, processes, and tools developed. Clients retain ownership of their existing intellectual property. Work product created for clients becomes their property upon full payment.
Limitation of Liability
TZI Digital Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Termination does not relieve the client of payment obligations for services already rendered.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or appropriate legal channels.
